Big vision.
Mixed feelings.
Before the plans. Before the to-do list.
How does your business feel?
Stay with the first feeling that comes up.
You don’t have to change it. Just notice it.
Drag to explore. There’s no right place to be.
A feeling is a starting point. Let’s see what’s underneath.
Scattered.
A dozen directions. Nothing getting your full attention. Let’s find the one thing worth moving toward.
A place to startChoose one thing to finish before you start something new.
A brand that
feels like you.
A business that
works for you.
TBM brings brand strategy, creative direction, and useful systems into the same room. So what you put into the world feels connected to who you are — and how you actually work.

I know Sputter. I struggle with consistency. I know Shade, and the difficulty of being seen. Quake is someone I’m very familiar with.
This is work I’m practicing for myself. As I grow as a human, I’m learning how to stay connected to what I’m building, even when it feels hard.
I find that this work helps. So I built on it to help the people around me. People who feel deeply, too. People like me.
A real person.
In your corner.
You can have the business knowledge, the connections, and the plan. But what happens when you feel clouded inside? When opening your inbox doesn’t bring the joy it did at launch? When the money isn’t coming in?
How do you stay committed to something you started building?
Those are questions I’m living, too. The Motions grew out of paying attention to that inner world and finding ways to work with it. It’s a practice I’m still in, and one I share with people who recognize themselves in it.
The long way hereYou don’t need to
have it all figured out.
